big 4, chi phi, sae, kappa sig, sigma chi are the only relevant fraternities

These are most people's thoughts at UNC with maybe one or two minor adjustments

Top Tier (in order):

DKE/Phi Delt/Beta
Chi Phi/Phi Gam/SAE (snow party was dope)

Middle Tier (in order):

Sigma Chi, ATO, Kappa Sig
Pika, Chi Psi


Bottom Tier (in order):

Sigma Nu, LXA, Zeta Psi
Sig Ep, DU, Delta Sig

Sigma Chi, ATO, KS, and PiKA are basically equal, Chi Psi is middle to bottom tier given that they don't have parties, don't have real pledging, and aren't respected.

Strongest, Oldest, and Most Southern Chapters

Middle Tier:

SAE, Sigma Chi, ATO, Kappa Sig,

Newer Chapters, Not as Traditional Southern

Lower Tier:

PiKA, Sigma Nu, Zeta Psi, Lamda Chi, Sig Ep, Chi Psi

This literally nails it on the head, especially the top 10 fraternities. I could see an argument made that Zete is better than Pi Kapp and Sig Nu but that's it.
