top 10 fraternity rankings in 2016

1) Pike - Very Stereotypical top house. Douchebags but undeniably popular.

2) Delts - Arguably the best social. Sororities love delts, one of the reasons they get "first" pick for block.

3) Sigs - Former top house but have definitely slipped. All talk about their legacy but in 2016 aren't what they used to be.

4) Acacia - Like delts, Known for being fun but never really considered top.

5) ATO - Lots of questions with status as a house and are unfortunately on their way down. Similar to Pikes/Sigs

6) SAE - Bottom of the "Top" Houses. Known to party but questions with national probation for drinking

7) ZBT - Top of the "upper mids" Sometimes known for the wrong reasons but have great social standing.

8) Phi Delt - Similar to ZBT for being know for some not so great reasons, also great social.

9) Sig ep - Possibly best social of the upper middle houses but have no real brotherhood, more of a club than a fraternity

10) Phi Psi - Last of the upper mids, on their way up especially with soon to be newest house
