1)House is a wreck (broken windows, bad floors, plumbing issues)

2) No pledgeship by order of nationals

3)No alumni base

4)Declining pledge classes of late

5)Blocking with Alpha Phi (not a ad house but a drop off from having Gphi,Theta, and Tri Delt before that)

6)Delts and Beta gaining momentum.


might go down to mid tier level in a year or two (Phi Psi ZBT range)
