Were Phi Delts kicked off or put on probation or something??

I think that they are temporarily suspended since there's been a lot of hazing issues at other chapters nationwide. And the University is probably going to investigate, not really sure but that's my best guess.

Their house got raided by undercover cops on unofficial two years ago. I think they're fine now.

Yes, Phi Delts have lost their recognition by both IFC and University and so their National Office had to shut down the chapter.
