sae falling apart

is SAE ever gonna get a new house? I always see broken windows and some of the floors are caving in. Not attractive, their house is in even worse shape than sigs

They have not historically been a top house, more like solid upper middle. So they do not have the alum base that some others have.

I am not in either of these, but hate to say it, I would guess either Sigs or ATO.

Sigs and ATO by a mile have the best alumni. ATO's strong alumni is the only reason they are still on campus. They have various buildings on campus named after alumni (ie. Scott Hall). Scott Cocharane (Sigs) owns all the big bbars on campus

Most houses have at least some prominent alums. Some more than others, but still that is not as important.

The real question is which houses have a solid number of involved alumni who contribute their time, money, and connections to strengthen their chapter.

considering the state of their houses I don't think the alumni donate much. The pike mansion, ATO's new cafeteria and wing of the house, and Sigs enormous social budget show their alumni have deep pockets or at least are willing to contriute
