1) Pikes - The physical house is obviously very helpful. Longtime top house with pregames/exchanges with only the top sororities. Steady 19's class is keeping them at the top.

2) Sigs - Below average 19's class has them a spot below. Longtime top house with senior houses that dominate. Need a strong 2016 to overtake Pikes.

3) Delts - Possibly the strongest 19's class has them at #3. This lower top house grabbed top 19's from others and vaulted themselves here. Need to be more active at the bars and have better bar pull to become 1 or 2.

4) SAE - Great bar pull and strong history. Average 19's and a wearing down house is dragging them a bit. Bar presence is strong. Need to clean up image and stay out of trouble to jump back into top 3.

5) ATO - Still recovering from its suspension from the IFC. Fantastic house is a plus. 19's class is good which is helping its recovery. Its current image and bad location is still holding them back. Could be poised for a big year.

6) Acacia - Poor 19's class is not helping. Great house which they own outright is defiantly a huge plus. Still overall a very solid house that could jump ATO within the next few years if ATO can't recover. Need a strong 20's class.

7) ZBT - Consistently a upper middle class that has strong presence at the bars. 19's class is above average and is continuing to keep the house at 7. Not quite in the talk of a top house but definitely a big step above the other upper middle houses.
