buts gphi isnt as pretigious as delts, and DDD has always been a top house, ato has the richest tradition and prestige, sigs has the most people from not chicago, and thetas are the best looking.

No I was right the first time,
Pike=Tri Delt (attractive, arrogant)
Sigs= Theta (prestige, rich,stuck up)
ATO=DG (falling off with bad pc's but still top tier)
SAE=AXO (Stoners, laid back, partiers)
Delts=GPhi (quirky, fun)
Acacia=Alpha Phi (top of the middle tier, self ranking, good social)

Rt, you have some good points.
DDD has not always been top tier, though. Usually more like upper middle.

Closer, but I would say
Sigs = DG (tradition and prestige, and more low key than others)
Pike = Theta (best looking, although Pikes are less wealthy)
ATO = AXO (historically anyway - wealthy people not from Chicago)
Delts = GPhi (quirky but prestigious)
SAE = DDD (both new to the top tier thing)
