That is just B.S. Block does not determine if you are slipping or not. There are only so many decent Frats to go around every year. Maybe what you should be saying is Beta is moving up. It's not just about the Frats making the sororities better. It goes both ways.

Beta maybe has one good pledge class under their belt, they have barely paid their dues. If they were more humble they would get more respect
