new frat rankings post 19's fall rush

Personal Unbiased view, have talked to a lot of people and they agree....
All frats in each tier can be interchanged
T1/ Sig Chi , SAE, Pikes, Acacia, Delts
T2/ ATO , ZBT, Sig Eps, Sammie's
T3/ Phi Psi, Alpha Sigs, Phi Delts
T4/ Beta, Lamda Chi, FIJI
Agree for the most part?

Neither LXA or ASigs should be on this at all, LXA had less than 10 kids in their fall pledge class this time last year. Which means their fall pledge class this semester sucks too.
ASigs isn't even blocking. ASigs and Phi Psi are not on the same level as Phi Delts.
