just a q on phi sigs

So what's the deal with phi sig being ranked low but I never hear anything bad about them? I heard they are new to campus or something like that, what's that all about?

the mix of girls keep them low. they're not adpi material but not sk either. they are still new and still developing so it's hard to judge.
