This doesn't specify who is doing informal recruitment in PHC, but you can find out more about it by googling UIUC Informal Recruitment to get more information. Should you become interested there is a Google doc you can sign-up on to be put on a contact list and it's listed on the page as the hyperlink that says: INFORMAL RECRUITMENT CONTACT LIST.

i informally rushed last semester by meeting my now sister in class. so yes this is good advice. and not all houses do it so make sure you know which girls youre trying to befriend.
