Why is acacia moving out of their house ? Who is coming in their place? Where will they move to?

phi mu owns the house (unless acacia bought it from them and are not just renting), supposedly they are recolonizing.

they just built that huge painted wall in their coutyards with "ACACIA" on it. I doubt they are going anywhere
