Theta is not top
AXO is somehow moving up? I havent seen their pc but was not the case last year and one pc doesnt fix all your problems and move you up
APhi is solid and KD is moving down-maybe they didn't make quota
I've heard negative things about both KKG and XO's pcs but have not heard anything about ADPi
Positive things about AOPi AXiD and DZ
Negative things about SK and AEPhi
Nothing heard about Phi Sig, Pi Phi and AGD

If one pledge class isn't going to make or break a house then KKG should not be that high... Haven't heard anything about their 19s so prolly not amazing. Def still lower than KD and XO
