Sig Chi. I feel like many SAEs regret they went SAE because of the fact they are in hot water nationally, and their physical house is in very bad condition. Good guys in both houses

Sigs, pledgeship is harder but the fact that they are in better standing and have more connections is a in. Plus their physical house is solid
