1. Beta
2. Sigma chi
3. Pike
4. AKL
5.ZBT
6. Acacia
7. Alpha sigs
8. Theta xi
9. Aepi
10. Phi sigma kappa/Delts

ato has a renovated interior and a basketball court.So I say overall its tied since beta has the better location

I think beta tips ATO if you want a house overlooking frat park, but ATO's lawn is just sick. It would be a tie, but ATO is in Urbana.
