frat houses
by: GirlAnyone else think houses like Beta Sigs and Taus are way cooler than the Pike house? I'd much rather be partying in a real frat house than a brand new apartment complex. Too bad Beta isn't really a thing anymore.

Considering Betas just recolonized I don't really know what you expect and honestly they're actually doing pretty well. Their pledge classes are getting better and better and they already have a lot of bar pull and are getting alumni support back so I would give them maybe about another 3 years but I totally see them getting back to becoming a top house in the near future and actually using that frat castle of theirs for parties and events.

well all things considered ATO is in fairly good shape (good pledge class, good social calendar, renovated house) since they really should have been kicked off last year. Beta on the other hand is a joke when you see all the potential and history of that house
