Ya, "guy in frat", next time don't be so obvious. AXO is no farther from the Quad than Tri-delt or KD. Slightly farther than G-phi. If your only measure of a good house is proximity to the quad, every girl would pledge Theta and XO but who wants to be associated with Thetas anymore? And XO has lost their minds on GR.
