top superficial houses

The only people that care about TIERS are superficial people. There are a lot of people that are not into the whole name status and don't even bother listening to this.
The people that care the most about looks, money and status definitely view theta DG and Tri Delt has the top houses. Some houses like XO, Kappa and Pi Phi are the Top tiers in sisterhood and have some of the nicest girls I have ever met.
Depends on what is important to each individual. I think Those three houses are the best while others have different views.
You diminish the other houses when you talk about those three non-stop
