What’s a good house to join in the spring?
by: GeedI’m trying to rush but I have only been to psi u, theta chi, pike and Omega Delta. All the houses were pretty bummy. I have some friends in Chi Psi and Delts. Should I try those two next?

About Theta Chi - 22 members (per Fall 2022 grade reports) is bottom tier.
Even with the nice sorority house they are renting from recently failed Sigma Kappa.
