why does delta zeta have such a big house?

1. DZ has been on campus for a long time.
2. Almost every sorority on campus--even the "low tier" ones--has at least 150 women in it. So it's probably not too hard to get enough of them to live in house to fill it, or almost fill it.
3. I'm guessing sororities in general are more responsible about paying their bills on time than frat dudes are.
