welcome week frat parties

Do top houses have open parties during welcome week? (Pike, Delts, Acacia etc?)

1. acacia isn't a top house, it was probably an acacia who wrote this.
2. top houses are: sigs, delts, ato, pike, sae
3. if you are a freshmen, ill tell you that usually these houses only let in people who are on the rush list to the parties unless you show up with some girls and look somewhat rushabale.

yes there are frats that have open parties during welcome week. not usually the top frats but it doesn't really matter.
