transfer rush

by: Junior rushing

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I was wondering about upperclassmen rushing. I'm going to be an incoming junior transfer this fall and I had a few questions: Will I be going through rush with all the freshmen? Or will a group of sophomores and juniors go together? Are there houses that more commonly accept juniors than others? I don't mind being in a lower tier house, I just really want to be involved.

There is a separate quota for juniors and foreign exchange students to help them out. Some houses appreciate their contributions and some don't.

I transferred as a sophomore at the beginning of the year and ended up joining a "top 10 house". We had a couple juniors pledge w/ us and about 5 sopohmores. Most of the people you will hang out with will be freshman/sophomores, but it's so worth it.
