Here to spread positivity:) These girls are super smart and have one of the highest GPAs in PHC. The stained glass windows in their house are really cool, too. I don’t really have much interaction with these women, but from what I’ve seen they are a good house

Very strange group of girls. Many dropped last year when they find out the reality of the house their in. Bad vibes from this house for many reasons. Weird bottom of the bottom.

Why are they this high? Self rank much? Who are they even? Should not be rated at all. But for sure not underrated.

This house is so underrated. The girls are pretty, smart, fun, and nice. They need more socials and they’ll be on their way up. The problem is their social chairs don’t work hard enough to get them with better frats, and none of the girls want to attend socials with the “bottom” frats so they have no socials... leading to their bottom tier rank. They should not be here though, and anyone who knows the girls in this house knows this. They just need to try harder for a better social calendar and they’ll be on the rise. /s

Slightly higher than phi mu because they are a bit more selective during recruitment and have a high gpa. Also decently social

I think this is a better version of aephi and would recommend joining this group way before aephi since they also are low tier house but don’t have the bad reputation, known as smart, not very social srat

furthering the positivity being spread!! (ranking every house as mid so there isn't any unnecessary beef). i had a class with a girl in sdt & i was doing a group project with her and she was awesome(!!) at breaking the ice and encouraging everyone to get to know eachother! i seriously valued that so much as an introvert!
