Disclaimer: am in classes with a few guys in the house and have done homework there a few times. Noticed that their most recent fall class seemed like it was smaller than usual, so hopefully they keep it together during recruitment this year. The guys they do have are very close/ have tight brotherhood, and their house has been renovated a ton over the past three years. Was told they got second in Atius in the spring with AOPi, so I'd say they are moving up socially. about 70 guys, Mid tier.

My sorority does a lot with this frat so I've gotten to know a lot of them over the past year. They have the best brotherhood I've seen but almost too much. They often make rude comments about girls and are overall disrespectful. They've gotten cuter, but are starting to act like douches. Hopefully they step up their game, its a shame to see such a beautiful house go to waste.

A loooong way to walk for not much in the way of brotherhood or fun. The nice house architecture on the big lawn masks a pretty run-down facility and a minimal operation. Hardly hear of them participating in anything.
