Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign - UIUC 1.4 I don't know what happened to this frat this year. I was at an exchange and one their 19's said some things that was not cool and just plain rude. I hope this frat is careful next year who they let in their fraternity because this year their 19's are very rude and try too hard and they are not even the best looking either.
