Pretty good organization. Very nice and diverse group of people. Known to throw pretty fire parties, only for the "fire" to be occasionally put out when their fire alarm goes off. -_- Gaining recognition. Huge upside, and has potential to one day be one of the better fraternities on campus.

I would rank this fraternity as more a bottom-mid rank fraternity, but that wasn't an option. Got to meet some the brothers through the friends I have there, and they seem to be a nice group of guys. Very organized in their planning and a pretty welcoming bunch. Not the most well-known frat, but they'll treat with proper respect.
