first impression

1. Zeta ( and no I'm not a zeta)
The best conversations I had every day were with zeta, and a lot of other girls in my recruitment group said the same thing. Idk if they have really good training on how to start up good conversations or what, but my zeta rounds always went by so quick because the conversations were so good. Fair warning though they WILL ask about your parent's careers on day 1 which is totally superficial of them. They wanna see how much $ you got.
2. Adpi
All the girls I talked to were really fun, goofy and high-energy which was nice, but sometimes the conversations got a little boring and repetitive, and I also felt like they were doing more of the talking instead of asking me questions about myself. One thing I liked about adpi is that they never asked me anything money related or about my parent's income.
3. Axid
I liked axid because I felt most comfortable talking to them, there wasn't any pressure and they were a lot more laid back than the other sororities. They also weren't as big on the "no boys, booze, bible" which made the conversations a lot more natura and genuine.
4. Chi o
Superrrrr nice girls. Like, insanely nice. I don't have a whole lot of bad things to say about chi o's recruitment. They were all really awesome and really sweet they just didn't really stick out to me I guess.
5. Dg
Also really sweet girls, but the conversations didn't really flow. There was one day I was having to ask all the questions and start

all the conversations and it was really annoying.
6. Dz
I'm sorry but I HATED dz during recruitment. I only went to them for two days and I had really bad experiences both days. Both girls I talked to were sort of rude and seemed like they didn't want to talk to me, and the whole thing was just really awkward. Oh, and they literally straight up asked me what my parent's do for a living. Like, they're weren't even sneaky about it like zeta was. I felt like they were reading from a script the whole time and didn't know how to be a normal person and just talk to me. I'm sorry I'm bashing dz, but I personally had a really bad experience with them.
7. Gamma phi
I only went to gamma phi day 1 so I can't say a whole lot. I just didn't really click with the girl I was paired with and it was insanely awkward. But I'm sure it was just that particular girl because I've met some really cool gamma phis!

After day 1 I cut gamma phi
After day 2 I was cut by dz and adpi (I didn't mind at all that I was cut by dz but I was a little bummed I was cut by adpi)
After day 3 I was cut by zeta (I was really upset about it at the time but I ended up finding the house I belonged in so it all worked out)
On pref night I had chi o and axid and now I've found my forever home and could not be happier.
Seriously, DONT DROP OUT OF RECRUITMENT. It's so stupid to drop out just because you didn't get the house you THOUGHT you wanted. Your opinion might change.
