What does it mean if a frat is on "cease and desist" and if its on deferred probation?

So just so im clear, everyone says Delt, KA and Pi Kapp are on it but no one knows what it means?? Lol thats what i though freshmen girls take youre wanna-be know-it-all nonsense somewhere else.

delt is safe obviously, they would need something seriously wrong to happen to get kicked off. Pi Kapp is trying to pick up the pieces after losing their house and like 80 percent of their members, it'll be a long time before they are where they were, and KA is going to have to shed that idgaf attitude and be smart about their decisions going forward. but deferred means they are working stuff out and are on thin ice
