No one has given out bids yet, not sure why you felt obligated to come on this website and lie about that

they told me to keep it on the DL so i figured something was fishy

It's 365 bid process so they could have given him a bid chill but to answer your question its not normal to accept before school starts at least wait until some events happen but if your dead set on being a sig go for it
