Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Texas State University - TXST 4.4 Phi Psi is on the rise more so than any other fraternity. Truthfully they can become a true top tier, but inter-chapter cleansing is much needed. Pledge classes for 2013-2014 are amazing and are the start to the, what could be, dominance of Phi Psi at Texas State. With the addition of Road House, the former ATO Ranch House, rush and social events will be much better. Expect big things and changes from Phi Psi, but this is just honest opinion.

They always produce a good rush and solid pledge class, but most members simply go inactive because of the lack of organization and misuse of funds during the semester. A lot of Mexicans, which isn't frat, but its 2014.Terrible sorority relations, but Ms. Bobcat is a step in the right direction. Most of all, needs leadership. Look for Phi Psi to make a big impact next fall or stay in the usual shadow
