Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at Texas State University - TXST 3.0 No they don't. You don't in one semester go form bottom tier to usurping one of the oldest chapters or have alumni with names on buildings. I'm glad derby days went well, but you're not upper middle tier overnight. KSig is in decline, but they're still top half.
