Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at Texas State University - TXST 2.0 I think you have it backwards.. Kappa sig is better than phi psi and Sig tau.. Those are prolly the worst on campus. The bottom tier doesn't even matter, doesnt affect the good fraternities.

Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at Texas State University - TXST 4.5 Oldest fraternity on campus. Easily the most organized alumni base. Holds the largest greek event each year with Fite Nite. The house is the best on campus though a little far out. Needs to work on grades, but they are avg. Not the "cool" kids and not the "dorks". Good guys, socially active and in good standing with the University(most others have some sort of issue right now). Give them a look, you may find they fit your needs.
