Honestly my favorite sorority on campus. Throw the best socials and know how to have a good time. Can seem very clicky at times but thats just because they have a sisterhood rule to always be together. When you get to talk to them one on one individually, they are the most down to earth girls.

I don't see them around so I don't know first hand, but their reputation here is so off-putting... And the few that I have seen are always hanging out with the boys, not each other like the other sororities or with other girls at all. And the few I have met aren't friendly :(

Did this based on the other sororities on campus...clearly a bunch of girls that did not get into a phi rate them so I thought why not....The girls in this sorority are by far the most attractive girls on campus, it is not an opinion either, it is widely known with all frats and brothers a phi is the best, they have the most fun and social girls, the other sororities will have some nice girls and some that are just awkward.

They're usually pretty condescending or mean to others. Only have met a few that are nice.

They have to dirty rush just to get PNMs to like them, AGD and Phi Sig don't have to do that and have much higher retention rates. I see some of their sisters love it and thats awesome for them! BUT, I also see a lot of girls drop the first year after being disappointed that its nothing like the big show they put on at recruitment.
