San Francisco State University - SFSU Greek Life Reviews

I can speak from my experience being in a sorority, and I have to say that I’ve loved it. Sfsu has a chill social scene, nothing too exciting, but being involved in an org is something that really helped me network and meet new people, especially because it’s a big commuter school. The greek life scene is really different here than it would be at a SEC school or a UC, but that’s what I love about it. The sororities and fraternities are very diverse and you will find people of ALL backgrounds here, unlike some schools where are you see is blonde white girls and white guys. I This is ncluding the multi-cultural frats and career-related frats, you will definitely find your people. There are a bunch of orgs to choose from so you definitely will find your home! One thing that kind of sucks though is that there are no sorority and fraternity houses and the school make it’s extremely difficult to book a space to have any events or chapter meetings.

The greek life is great! super exclusive though. If you're not in it, its almost as if you're constantly on the outside looking in. it seems to be where the school's social scene lies. The only reason the housing ranking is average is because there are no physical greek houses. I can't rate something that doesn't exist lol! there than that, its a great community.

Greek life at this school is mostly an L... unless you're in Pi Kapp (Pi Kappa Phi). They party hard, no other fraternity on campus comes close to them
