It's just the name that makes them popular. They seem to do good in rush but every girl I've talked to always complains about being a zeta. Plus all you have to do is read social media and listen on campus and they do not have a very good reputation. Known as the least classiest girls.

Zeta Tau Alpha - ΖΤΑ Sorority at Sam Houston State University - SHSU 2.0 Seems like a good idea to rush ZTA because of the name, but let's not be fooled. Every chapter is different, and SHSUs is not what you would expect. They are a bunch of crazy girls. Crazy meaning mentally unstable. Lots of drama. And the girls who aren't wrapped up in the drama and just rushed for the name end up hating it, dropping, and wishing they were in a different sorority.

Seems like a good idea to rush ZTA because of the name, but let's not be fooled. Every chapter is different, and SHSUs is not what you would expect. They are a bunch of crazy girls. Zeta Tau Alpha - ΖΤΑ Sorority at Sam Houston State University - SHSU 1.0 Zeta likes to be a brand. And that brand is a mold they want you to fit. Across the board, so many girls drop this sorority because it is NOT what you think it's going to be. There's too much control from the top and too much gossiping and fakery. Ask around and any one of them will tell you they all hate each other.

Sure their are a couple or 3 bad eggs in the sorority but you can find that in any sorority. Don't let those girls ruin zta for you. ZTA's are all around fun, classy,smart, caring a beautiful women.

For those who are looking to join a sorority, my advice is don't listen to greek rank because all it is are sororities either bashing each other by making up lies or their own members coming on here and talking about how great they are. Ask people at the school who go there and aren't greek, and you will get more honest answers.

Zeta Tau Alpha - ΖΤΑ Sorority at Sam Houston State University - SHSU 5.0 Great group of girls. As a fraternity member, we love the zetas. Many of them are sweethearts for the fraternities on campus. They work hard on their philanthropy and it shows. They are beautiful, inside and out. A lot of other girls and other sororities are very intimidated by them, but once you get to know them they're a lot of fun and always willing to help out ANYONE in need. Once, an AXO passed out in the bathroom from alcohol and a group of zetas helped her and called the ambulances

Most are really nice and they have good Panhellenic relations. They have horrible grades though
