They just sent out a mass email and used name recognition to recruit a lot of members. At first people thought it was a joke but I heard the guys actually had a process and successfully rechartered within the year. They host mixers and hella date nights now, but until their alumni give them the house back they’re going to continue maintaining a small presence on campus.
