Tdx/pike is in the gutter.
AEPi finessed the IFC big time
ZBT took the nage scene
Theta Chi is inevitably losing its house
SPD/TEP came back but couldn’t recruit to stay alive
Kappa Sig is dying without its house (contract dispute with SDT)
A Sig and Phi Psi are reviving, but PKT might finally lose its house for next year
Chi Phi and Zeta Psi are now 1 and 2
Pi Kappa keeps 52 CA but are tanking to mid tier

Everything about this post is WRONG:
1) TDPike has survived the cease and desist. They’re still upper mid perhaps top, but hush hush now

2) AEPi finessed nothing. They can’t mix with srats legally and throw geed parties now like DKE.

3) ZBT was good during silly week. Congrats, so was FIJI and every other bottom tier. All frats get play during silly week, duh.

4) OX will have its letters up soon enough, just let the storm blow over.

5) that might be true

6) ksig is doing just fine. Chi phi and
Delta phi also had to wait 4 years after re-chartering to move in

7) PKT has literally had 121 forever, so why do u think they’re losing it? Heard they have 10+ pledges rn

8) no clear #2. And chi phi at 1 is like a handout trophy

9) PiKapp has been mid but they have 52 until SAM comes back, which isn’t soon enough

Fraternities as they exist now are facing a crisis.

Only 11% of students come here interested in joining a fraternity. This declining interest has coincided with the fact that members of fraternities are far more likely to drink in excess than the average student. Because our SigEp chapter has a substance-free policy, we will recruit better candidates and have stronger manpower than other fraternities chapters that are regrettably still beholden to illegal and dangerous drinking. SigEp is modeling a new way and new future for other fraternities to follow.
