Fall recruitment

As a rising junior, is it worth it to try to rush in the fall? I have been going to mts and I have connections so I feel like I might have a chance. Also which sororities are doing informal rush?

I’ve known a lot of girls who joined junior year totally worth it and look out for their instagrams that’s where they will announce if they are participating in recruitment
