What are frat rankings even based on?

Okay so obviously all GR stuff is BS and not to be taken seriously but everyone seems to be obsessed with rankings. And you can tell it’s mainly guys commenting. They make it pretty clear that their sorority rankings are based on who they think are the prettiest houses (which is a whole other discussion) but my genuine question is, what are the frat guys ranking their houses based on?
