Delta Phi/Chi Phi IFC at Rut

Regardless of what this website says. Both frats are really good on campus and you can’t really go wrong with either. Chi phi is solid top right now and Delta Phi has a lot of potential to be top next sem. Both are similar frats. Only real difference is Chi phi has slightly better relations and a lettered house.
