Answer: The chapters who OWN their houses that are not run down dumps. This means the alumni care and donate a lot of money for house upkeep.

Yup. chi psi, zeta psi, aepi, dke probably have the nicer houses along with other owners chi phi, theta chi, sammy, alpha sig (and dphi). aepi alum actually bought their house recently for over $3mil

also plenty of leasing frats were still top tier like sig ep, phi delt, sig chi, skull - tho their nationals were quick to throw them under the bus

Yeah, it’s those that have the best support. And look at DKE, they didn’t have to be recognized, their nationals still properly back them. Can’t say the same for a few other chapters, but that ones that have history and own the house are well off.
