how do you get a big to zta/phi sig???

I feel like me and literally all my friends either want ZTA or Phi Sig. How many ppl do they take and how hard is it to get in? Also if I don’t get a bid which is the best one to join other than them? I only went to Meet the Sisters nights for those two sororities so I am scared
