status of pi kappa alpha?

I dont understand how the pike frat is still having parties if they're in trouble with ofsa. Like I have been wanting to rush for the past year and now I am worried. They just had their naughty list party and now they're having a party at the really big zeta psi house on college ave. If you are like me and want to rush a fun frat like pike are they gonna get screwed over for having parties?
