pike was always upper middle until sig chi got kicked off. if they had a house they’d be a top tier frat but they don’t so can’t really put them in that category. tdx had been top before but even though they’re still relevant, u really can’t put them in the same category as say theta chi right now. pi kapp just doesn’t have the clout they think they do. they’re basically a crappy version of chi phi
