can someone summarize each of the top frats

It won’t be accurate I can tell you that

Tdx- known for parties/ being athletic. Off campus right now, going to be back in fall 2020. Still lots of fun
Theta chi- known as the nice guys/ nerds, still throw good parties, have a nice house.
Chi phi- known for partying, kinda douchey but not in a bad way, great house on college ave this year
Pike- always fun parties, pretty diverse group of guys, have a party house but not a lettered house. On campus
Pi kapp- doesn’t really have a rep for anything rn besides being diverse and throwing decent dages. They have an awesome new house this year, gonna be interesting to see what they do with it.
Chi psi- preppy boys, not much else to them. Beautiful house right on college avenue, shame they only throw down a few times a semester. Could be better
Dke- known for their freshman parties, insane house, not affiliated with the school, but they are recognized by nationals. Don’t know too many brothers from there, but they’re aight.
Phi psi- fun brothers, welcoming to a lot of people, house could be better, parties are always fun, they know how to have a good time.
Alpha sig- only met a few guys from here, kinda weird. I’ve heard they throw the occasional good party. House is right on college ave and it’s a nice house. Could do better
