How in the world is AEpi considered bottom tier?? They thrown like every week and are always lit af. Also they have one of the nicest houses at Rutgers. There def top tier.

How in the world are we not considered top tier? Brand new house, bigger, better location. Sorority relations already. Plenty of us got bids from top tier fraternities, only joined a better one
