Ngl this is a lot more realistic than most of the people that will just rank like what they think of as the 4 best frats and then call everyone else irrelevant. This is pretty accurate, and I would actually go by this if ur planning to rush

this is pretty accurate…why in the world is Sammy rated number 1 with 4 stars on there greekrank page when there bottom on this list. They paid to delete all there bad reviews and now there number one haha

I really doubt Sammy paid to have reviews removed, it’s more likely that there just weren’t enough bad reviews on their page because not enough people care to take the time to downvote such an irrelevant frat. The only frat I’ve actually seen on here pay to have comments and reviews taken down is TDX.
