whats up with rutgers greek life?

Ofsa released Fall chapter report cards yesterday. Since Fall 2016-

NPC total members has decreased from 991 to 744 (25 percent decrease)
NPC Funds donated to charity decreased from $200,778 to $19,508 (90 percent decrease)
NPC average GPA decreased from 3.383 to 3.270

IFC total members has decreased from 1568 to 1120 (28.5 percent decrease)
IFC Funds donated to charity decreased from $98,103 to 5381 (95 percent decrease)
IFC average GPA decreased from 3.104 to 2.973

any thoughts and opinions on why this is?

the charity drop off was all sig chi getting kicked off, that’s probably 99 percent from derby days ending

not surprised about the frats but looks like rutgers kicking everyone off is making less people rush sororities too
