Not sure tbh. They are definitely lit and have a strong bortherhood, but they seem content just throwing bangers and not making relations with sororities which I think keeps them out of top tier. but hey if they don't care?

Both of these are true. Location of their house is amazing, but it’s not rly big. I doubt they’re “content” just throwing bangers every weekend, but we’ll see what they do this semester in terms of relations. regardless, these kids know how to have fun.

alright Phi Psi isn't a bad fraternity depending on what you're looking for. If you just wanna have parties then they're pretty good, but if you want to join a fraternity for sorority relations look elsewhere. For a fraternity of their size they have pretty terrible relations and although they have a chartered house it's pretty small they can't do that much with it. At the end of the day if you like the guys who cares but I wouldn't say they're nearly as good as some people on this site say they are, but its the same with most fraternities on greekrank so take that as you will.
