frat reps

Reputations of what seems to be the consensus top 6 frats (in no specific order)
Pike- Typical frat boys, great relations but terrible house situation
Chi phi- party animals, lots of fun brothers, but also douchey
Phi psi- diverse, down to earth, tight brotherhood but a little smaller than other frats listed here
Theta chi- all around solid, smart,and probably top house with everything considered, but has a decent amount of average guys/whimps
Chi psi- dweebs that get used for their house, but have some cool brothers
Pi kapp- pretty diverse, ton of brothers, party animals, wild and fun, but a fair share of tools.

You’re all idiots the top frats are pike theta chi tdx sigma chi phi delt chi phi and skull. doesn’t matter what happened last semester it’ll always be that way

I'd take Pi Kapp out, they were pretty irrelevant before the whole merger and no one knows how thats gonna turn out yet. the last I heard their dages Spring were pretty empty.
